Ryan is a System Administrator who works with the IT Team to prevent and resolve technical issues.
Ryan believes that technology and software are most effective when they’re designed and deployed with direct user engagement, in order to custom tailor the experience as much as possible.
Ryan has worked multiple in IT positions; providing both remote and in-person support for hardware and software related issues. While on a stretch assignment at a previous job Ryan also gained some experience with project management and creating a training program while completing a large-scale hardware upgrade.
Ryan is a certified Scrum Master in addition to holding a CompTIA A+ certification.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interactive Media Design from Becker College.
