Toll Brothers needed to transition to a more-streamlined, electronic payment process for their diverse national sales team. Toll Brothers had unsuccessfully piloted a new payment program using PowerPoint. Shortly after, they recognized that this program was not effective or scalable. Toll Brothers partnered with TTA to create and design an engaging and responsive eLearning program to train their team on the ACH electronic payment system. This eLearning program gave Toll Brothers the scalability to transition their sales department to the new payment system.
